Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your Order ID.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, you may refuse delivery (if applicable). Once the product is returned to us in unused condition, the refund will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for approved cancellations are initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

VRPRIME reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspicious activity.
